THE VLUGGEN INSTITUTE FOR EQUINE OSTEOPATHY
With courses regularly taught in the United States and the Netherlands, the Vluggen Institute trains and certifies students in equine osteopathy. The institute’s large number of active students scattered around the world necessitated a site that would create a sense of community in addition to efficiently providing information about the program.

Enrolling in courses with the Vluggen Institute is a commitment of several years. Your classmates live across several countries, and classes are held on two continents. The Vluggen Institute’s website keeps all the pieces together—all the ponies in the same corral. Administrators keep track of student progress through a simple control panel, and students login in to the site and receive course listings and access to discussion forums targeted to their progress in the program. Like Amazon, but with less DVDs and more questions about thoracic vertebrae.
